What Information We Collect

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and manage “personal information,” which is defined as information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual.

We may collect the following information from and about you, and in the following ways:

• Identifiers. When you create an account with Health Help AI, subscribe to receive emails, or provide your information in webforms within our Services, we may ask for certain identifying information, including your name, email address, and password.
• Financial information. Payment information, such as financial account information or payment card information, may be collected on our behalf by a third-party service provider.
• Professional or Employment Information. This may include your employer name, employer email address, professional license information, or job title.

• Audio, Electronic, Visual, or Similar Information. This may include call recordings with customer service, and photos/video you submit or post to our social media pages.
• Commercial Information. This may include products or Services used or considered, and transaction history.
• Health Information. This may include disability status or any information regarding your health status or treatment, such as COVID-19 status.
• Communications information. We may process transcripts of your interactions with our chat features. We may also collect this information when you contact us with questions, put information into webforms, or provide feedback.
• Protected Health Information. We may collect Protected Health Information about you on behalf of customers that use our Services.

Cookies and Similar Online Tracking Technologies

We, and third parties acting on our behalf, may use cookies, Software Development Kits (“SDKs”), web beacons, pixels, or similar online tracking technologies (collectively, “cookies”) to improve your experience on the Services, such as remembering you when you return to the Services, track interest in and collect aggregate information on the Services, and analyze traffic patterns on the Services and the performance of our advertising and marketing. Strictly necessary cookies

Google Analytics. To help deliver relevant content, we use Google Analytics and have implemented all Google Advertising Features, including Remarketing, Impression Reporting, and Demographics, and Interest Reporting. Meta Pixels. We use the Meta Pixel to analyze user activity on our Services for remarketing and behavioral targeting. The Meta Pixel is triggered when you perform certain activities on the Services. It helps us display ads to users who have visited our Services or users who share certain characteristics with visitors to our Services. Meta may track your activity over time and across websites. Browser Signals. The “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) privacy preference is an option in some web browsers. However, not all browsers support DNT.

Collection and Use of Information from Children or Minors

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that a person younger than 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.

How We Disclose Your Information

We may share or disclose your personal information as described below:

• We disclose your personal information within Health Help AI to provide you with the Services. This may be automatic or at your request.
• We employ contractors and service providers to perform database management, maintenance services, analytics, marketing, billing and email distribution, and other website and mobile app-related services.
• We may share personal information with any of our affiliated businesses or joint venture partners to provide products and services that may interest you.
• We may share personal information with third parties with whom we have a business relationship, such as advertisers and business partners we collaborate with to provide products and services that may interest you.
• We may share personal information with third parties as part of a corporate reorganization process, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets.

Notice Regarding Public Posting Areas

Any information you include in a post to any public posting area (e.g., Facebook) will be available to anyone with Internet access. If you do not want people to know your email address, for example, do not include it in any public message. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN DISCLOSING ANY INFORMATION IN PUBLIC POSTING AREAS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OTHERS’ USE OF INFORMATION YOU PUBLICLY DISCLOSE.

Disclaimer Regarding Chat Features

Health Help AI may incorporate interactive chat features (“Chat Features”), which may use artificial intelligence, for customer support purposes or to provide its Services. If you interact with these Chat Features, you are not communicating with a human. Instead, you are communicating with software that generates responses to your inputs based on machine-learning algorithms. These Chat Features, which may be run by third parties, may collect the content of your communications, including any personal information you provide it. Any personal information will be used, shared, and stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any applicable Terms of Use. Please discontinue use of these Chat Features if you do not consent to the collection and use of such personal information.

Disclaimer Regarding Video Content

Our Services may contain video content, audiovisual content, or similar content (collectively, “Video Content”). In connection with our provision of Video Content, our Services may use cookies that track information about your activity and webpage-viewing history on the website. Cookies on or used by the Services may result in information about your activity on our Services being transmitted from your browser to us and third parties, which, in turn, may result in the display of targeted advertisements on third-party websites, platforms, and services, including advertisements for our content. In addition, whether cookies on the Services result in your browser’s transmission of information to third parties depends on factors that may be outside of our knowledge or control, including what third-party services you use, what personal information you have provided, and whether (and the extent to which) you have limited the use of cookies by the operators of those third-party websites, platforms, and services.

International Data Transfers

If you provide us with personal information, it will be stored in the United States and potentially other countries. Health Help AI may transfer your personal information to other countries. By using the Services, you acknowledge that the data protection laws of the United States may differ from those of your country of residence.

Data Retention

We retain personal information as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and as otherwise permitted by law. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the data and our contractual commitments to clients. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; the purpose for which we use the personal information; whether we can achieve the purposes through other means; and the applicable legal requirements. If we de-identify personal information, we will maintain and use the information in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify the information except as required or permitted by law.

Even if you delete an account with us, the deletion by our third-party providers may not be immediate. The deleted information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect the personal information we collect, both during transmission and once it is received. These measures include encryption, access controls, multi-factor authentication, network segmentation, firewall and intrusion detection systems, personnel security training, and regular access reviews.

While we use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, no data transmissions over the internet are 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information you provide. You understand that any personal information you send is at your own risk.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and promptly reporting any suspected security incidents to our Security Team at security@myhealthhelp.ai. If you believe the security of any data we have is compromised, please immediately notify Health Help AI.

Your Personal Information Choices

• Opting Out of Marketing Communications. You may opt out of commercial communications by emailing us at privacy@myhealthhelp.ai or clicking the “unsubscribe” link in one of our marketing emails. We will process your requests as soon as possible, but please be aware that it may take us time to respond and, in some circumstances regarding opt-out requests, you may receive messages until your request is processed.
• Text or SMS. In some circumstances, we might require you to opt-in to receive text messages from us. At any time, you may opt out of receiving particular text messages by texting STOP in response to any text message.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on this page, and we will update the “Last Updated” date above. We will notify you of any significant or material changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our Services or sending a notice to the primary email address attached to your account.
